Vacation Care

The Vacation Program is held in the Primary Campus Multipurpose Room from 17 January to 3 February (Mon to Fri 8.45am - 5.00pm), excluding Australia Day.

It is appreciated if children are not dropped over prior to 8.45am (unless an arrangement has been made).   If you do arrive before 8.45am we request that you remain with your child utntil that time.  

Late fees apply after 5pm.

Food Requirements

  • Please refer to the attached Summer Menu to see when children are required to provided a meal.
  • If you/your child prefers their own meals packed lunches are allowed.
  • Please advise at time of booking of any dietary/allergy requriements 
  • The weekly menu will be on display at the venue.

What to wear

  • Children should be dressed in appropriate wear (comfrotable, casual clothes and must wear a hat)
  • Children who do not bring a hat will be excluded from outsdie activities (Government Regulations) 
  • Due to Health and Safety Regulations children must have appropriate footwear i.e. runners for bike and scotter days and all excursions 
  • Thongs, flip flops etc are not appropriate.

Housekeeping

  • Accounts will be issued in the first week of care & must be finalized by the last Day of care otherwise an administration fee of $10/week will apply.

We are a not for profit service.  We can only keep our fees at an affordable price if all accounts are paid on time.

  • The Full Fees range from $32 to $47/child/day depending on the programmed activities however most families will receive a CCB (Child Careare Benefit) which reduces fees significantly. Government 50% rebate is also available.

Continual  Behaviour problems will not be tolerated and enrolments may be cancelled at the discretion of the Coordinator.
