Yarrawonga College P-12  was dedicated to provide the youth of Yarrawonga and surrounding areas with healthy sporting and cultural  opportunities.  In order to address this, the first Follow your Rainbow Enrichment Program was launched in 2004.  

This not-for-profit program runs bi-annually for two days during the September/October school holidays.  It is available  to students in Years 5 to 8 from the Yarrawonga, Mulwala, Cobram, Rutherglen and surrounding areas.

The program provides activities lead by key individuals, who reflect excellence in their chosen area, to inspire and motivate the participants.  This includes a high profile speaker who challenges the participants to 'follow their rainbow'.

The primary goals of the  Follow Your Rainbow Enrichment Program are to:

• engage the youth of our community
• promote health and wellbeing and positive team spirit
• provide experiences across all learning areas
• provide unique, hands on and activity based programs
• build self confidence and;
• provide accessibility to this program to all demographics within Yarrawonga and surrounding  areas not currently offered in the district

Interest and participation has increased substantially since its inception to now boasting 120 kids attending the program.

The program for 2010 included such activities as Rock Climbing Wall, Ultra light flights, Hip Hop, Robotics and Computer Game Design.
