The student representative council (SRC) is a student led and operated body that is responsible for school and community leadership.
The SRC's roles include
- Being part of the decision making process for school and providing a consultative group for gauging school opinion.
- Building student relationships, and school community and spirit.
- Respond to student concerns and needs.
- Bring about changes in the school and wider community including raising funds for charity
This year the SRC has a representative from each form group in year 7 as well as three from each other year level up till year 11. It is assisted further by the Junior Councillors from years 9 and 10 and year 9 students that have attended the Gnurad Gundidj School of Student Leadership.
